Enclosed you will find a newly designed and very colorful edition of Communicating Food for Health Newsletter. We have worked hard to improve CFFH newsletter and the new CFFH Member Area on our site to help you be a better educator. Our mission is to help you make nutrition education taste and look delicious. We realize that when our customers win, we win.

This will be the last print issue you will receive in the mail. All future issues will be delivered electronically plus you will receive many enhanced member benefits all for the same price you paid to receive CFFH newsletter. Your subscriber account has been transferred to a CFFH Member account on our website and your subscriber date stays the same at no extra charge.

From now on you can log into your member account on our site to access CFFH as often as you wish. You can print one or more copies of CFFH each month - just like this beautiful color issue - from Adobe Acrobat Reader (PDF) PLUS there is a new “brought to you by” section on handout pages so you can promote your business.

PLUS as a member to CFFH you can copy all of the handouts on our site according to your CFFH license to copy. PLUS we add handouts that are not in the newsletter by customer request.

Article Library for CFFH - all of Dr. Jay's articles are filed by topic - for example you can read all of his articles and research reviews since day one by topic. Read what he has to say about blood pressure, sodium, heart disease and cancer. Search on a key word and you will find just what you are looking for from our new library.

Help Me Search - Whenever you are in a pinch for a class or project we are here to help. Just use this handy link to send us an email or call toll-free at 800-462-2352 and we will send you links to articles and handouts, work on getting one written or find you other materials that we have sitting on our computers. We love to hear from subscribers and we love to fill requests - it helps us stay relevant and serve everyone better.

Image gallery with over our beautiful photographs of produce, quick dishes, holiday items and whole grains - plus more will be added each month. These are worth hundreds of dollars if purchased separately on CD.

See what all other subscribers are searching. Whenever a subscriber uses the Help Me Search service, we post their question and our answer and links. You can quickly scan this to get a great idea or to find something you are looking for, too.

FAQs and member benefits - a list of all member benefits. These include 10% off our online CPE courses, free ground shipping on products you purchase from us and special discounts and introductory offers on our products. In addition to these discounts, we also trade content - you can write an article or idea and get a year free or other goodies.

This change in distribution will allow us to offer you better service and more resources more efficiently. We have not raised our subscription rate since 1993, over 16 years ago, when we first started publishing our newsletter. Along the way our costs for paper, publishing, print and mail have risen substantially. The digital era has ushered in a time where you need more than just a piece of paper to do your job.

We wish to provide better looking handouts, photographs, visual tools and more to help you do your job faster, easier, and better not just spend valuable time and resources to print and transport a piece of paper or increase your costs. So we are happy to offer a whole new enhanced member area that is easy to access and search and offers a whole lot more for today’s educator! The sky is the limit for what we can offer and we encourage you to request to your heart’s content.
